Shipping Carriers

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and the order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately to update it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
